Justen Baghus on the left and Dave Rich on the right are our friendly Senior Service Advisors. Brad Reinhart (centre) is the Service Manager. Brad has a long automotive career behind him. From apprentice technician, mechanic and foreman to Service Manager. Brad has been with this company for over 28 years and brings a wealth of experience with Volkswagen to his job.

Justen enjoys his young family and when he finds the time, likes to ride his motorcycle. David also likes his motorcycle and puts on lots of kilometres on weekends. Both Justen and David are longtime employees of ours.  

Old fashioned good service is what Volkswagen built its reputation on.  And so do we here at Volkswagen Waterloo.

Our service team will make sure that your Volkswagen is looked after properly. Fix it right the first time is their goal.

Should you have a technical question or need some motoring advice, don't hesitate to call on them. Our advice is free and so is a cup of coffee when you visit. The hot chocolate/mocha is apparently very popular.

Get to know our team of technicians.

Gary Buchanan is our senior technician and a master mechanic. He specializes in troubleshooting the most complicated electronic issues. He generally succeeds. We are amazed at his patience and knowledge.

Mike Ritchie teams up with Gary as team leaders. Mike is a master mechanic as well. He looks after all scheduling, such as shifts and training. Mike also keeps our computers and laptops in the shop updated.

Dean Mader has been with this company already as an apprentice. He recently became a daddy with the birth of his little daughter Neveah.

Moe Helmy is the Go-to guy when it comes to the air-cooled VWs. We are glad to have Moe around to tackle repairs on the older cars. Moe owns a beautiful 1973 VW Bug in bright baby blue. He restored it meticulously over a number of years.

Josh Buchan joined our team of technicians last year. He brought with him many years of VW experience. He is known for his zany sense of humour.

Kevin Reeve also recently joined the team as a technician. Kevin seems to thrive on big jobs, such as engine and transmission repairs. He chews through them in no time.

Serop Mosis is the apprentice technician. He is an enthusiastic young man and fits well into our team.

Bee Vang is our shuttle driver. He makes sure that our clients get to work on time.
