Office Administrator/Receptionist

$12 an hour – Part-time

You thrive in a busy environment and like interacting with people. You have a friendly disposition and are great at multi-tasking. We offer a part-time position as an Administrative Assistant to our Controller. Typical shifts will run Monday-Thursday from 4-8pm and Saturdays 9-5pm. Main responsibilities include working with a multiline switchboard, filing, greeting clients, and directing them to the appropriate department. If you are computer literate and proficient in Word, Excel, Mail Merge, and Publisher this may be the challenge you have been looking for.
