Since the founding of our company in 1973 (originally under the name of Autohaus Waterloo) we have focused our mission statement around a simple but often overlooked principle: Treat the client the way you would want to be treated. Many of us have been with the company for well over 10 years (Brad is in the lead at 38+ years) and our hope is that you’ll only feel like a stranger once. We work hard to offer an atmosphere in our store that balances being casual and pressure-free while ensuring you receive the information and support you require to make an informed decision. This focus has helped Volkswagen Waterloo to establish itself as a one of the leading Volkswagen retailers in southwestern Ontario.

Our consistent growth has led to expansions to both the showroom and service department areas. Through the loyalty of our amazing clients, we’re ready to grow again. We are building a brand-new facility on our current location and construction for our new home is officially underway!
