Jeff was outstanding of taking care of our needs. Service is truly hard to find these days and VW Waterloo brought back the good old days with warmed up cars, complimentary car washes and communicating with me through my preferred channel (text). The girls who coordinate service even remembered our dogs name every single time and made a point of paying attention to her.
