Since the founding of our company in 1973 (originally under the name of Autohaus Waterloo) we have maintained a strong focus on customer satisfaction in all departments. We work hard to offer an experience that balances being casual and pressure-free, while ensuring you receive the information and support you require to make an informed decision. Many of us have been with the company for well over 10 years (our Service Manager Brad leads the way with almost 40 years!), and we hope that you’ll only feel like a stranger once. Our mission statement is simple: Treat the client the way you would want to be treated. With their positive attitude, our team of professionals has created a culture of enthusiastic commitment. This focus has not only helped Volkswagen Waterloo receive accolades from Volkswagen Canada, but also, more importantly, to establish itself as a trusted member of the community.

In addition to having fun at work and offering our clients a great experience, we also feel it’s important to give back to the community by supporting non-profit organizations like the Rotary Centre, the Food Bank of Waterloo Region, the Grand River Hospital, and KidsAbility. From organizing food drives to participating in plasma car races, Volkswagen Waterloo feels strongly about making a positive impact on the community.

With a strong focus on customer satisfaction in all departments, the company has grown substantially. Our continued growth has led to the construction of a brand-new state of the art Volkswagen facility. We are beyond excited to be open for business in our new store and offer our clients all the amenities they so truly deserve. In 2022, the Volkswagen Waterloo team achieved Wolfsburg Crest Club status as one of the top-performing dealers in Canada. This is our 9th time receiving this top achievement: a very proud moment in the midst of a challenging year! Receiving this award is more than surpassing sales targets...it also requires top sales and after-sales Customer Satisfaction ratings, Facility Excellence, Manufacturer Certification Training, timely and accurate admin work, and numerous other Volkswagen Benchmarks over the entire year. The Parts and Service teams also achieved Gold Level Status from Volkswagen Canada as top performers (top 20 in Canada!) in Certification Training, Fixed Right the First Time, and overall Customer Satisfaction!
